Jeff Fox

I have been married for 28 years and we have 7 children.  I am originally from Seattle, but moved here from Fairbanks, Alaska in 1982.  This is my 22nd year in education, most of which is in Special Education, but this is my first year in the Florence school district.  I love time with my family, cold weather, the Seattle Seahawks, the Chicago Cubs, and now the Florence Gophers!!

Jason Beach

Proud to be a Gopher! I am Jason Beach and thrilled to be an AZ native. I have been in education and teaching for over 25 years. I am looking forward to great things this year as the Assistant Principal here at Florence K-8. Through the years, I have taught 1st – 9th grades, working with sports, coached, and Administration at both elementary and middles schools.

I have been married for 31 years to my wife and we have 6 kids. In my spare time, I like to write as a published author, watch movies, make homemade pizza and popcorn, read, get in that morning workout and spend time doing all those things with my family.

I am thrilled to be a Florence Gopher! We will accomplish great things!

Michelle Fryhover

Michelle Fryhover has been with the district since 2008; she began teaching Kindergarten at Walker Butte, moved to Anthem, and has been with Florence K8 since 0214 while at FK8, she functioned as a Kindergarten teacher, Reading Intervention Instructor, and now as an Instructional Coach.

Mrs. Fryhover was born in Minnesota and moved to Arizona when she was in 7th grade; from the coldest state to the hottest state. Mrs. Fryhover and her husband have three boys; as a family, they enjoy hiking, jeeping, and hanging out together playing games. Her first love is spending time with her family; her second love is teaching and helping the students and teachers of FK8.
